Part-time Office Administrator/PA
Temporary to permanent opportunity
Ossett based
£11-£12 per hour
15-20 hours a week, office-based – flexible when days/hours are worked
This role would be perfect if you are looking for a lovely part-time administrative role to work around school hours or perhaps you are looking to reduce your hours for a work/life balance.
You will need to be immediately available for work as this will be a temporary to permanent position
This lovely company based in Ossett requires a part-time office administrator/PA to join their friendly team.As an office administrator, you’ll be working as part of a small team and you will be responsible for;
Answering the telephone and dealing with queries or taking messages
Supporting the MD and Director with diary management on Outlook
Responding to emails
Purchasing office supplies
Organising occasional travel
Ad hoc projects such as involvement in administrative audits
You’ll be someone who is naturally proactive and demonstrates strong office administrative experience.You’ll also need to possess strong communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team and supporting others.
Interviews will commence on 19th February with a start date soon after.
