Salary: Circa £55k, depending on experience

What you'll do
- Collaborate creatively: Work hand-in-hand with our marketing team to bring design solutions to life, perfectly aligned with caign goals.
- Brand guardian: Uphold and evolve our brand style and consistency across all marketing materials.
- Innovation and engagement Expert: Craft eye-catching visuals for email, static graphics, motion graphics/animation, and optimise ads for both traditional print and social media platforms.
- Caign driver: Deliver engaging email journeys and caigns, focusing on lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Trendsetter: Stay ahead with design trends and digital marketing strategies to boost caign effectiveness.
- Accomplished juggler: Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, including line management of 2 direct reports.
Who you are
- An inspiring leader: Confident to lead and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experienced and skilled: With a solid background in graphic design, animation, and motion graphics, showcased through a strong portfolio. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools.
- Marketing savvy: A deep understanding of both traditional and digital marketing principles.
- Deadline dynamo: Capable of working efficiently under pressure and adaptable to changing project requirements.
- Communication chion: Exceptional skills in communication and collaboration within a creative team environment.
- Innovative spirit: A passion for creativity, design innovation, and impactful marketing materials.
