Job description
We are looking for a motivated Marketing & Sales Management Trainee to join our dynamic and growing team. Y ou will be involved in increasing market share and sales by promoting the clients products through our various face to face channels as well as developing and taking on leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and optimize integrated marketing and sales campaigns.
- Conduct market research, identify trends, and assist in strategy development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project execution.
- Learn and apply fundamental management principles.
- Participate in training programs for marketing, sales, and management skills.
- Actively engage in sales activities, including lead generation and negotiations.
- Monitor and analyse campaign and sales performance for continuous improvement.
- Support planning and execution of events and promotional activities.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and consumers.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity, passion for marketing and sales, and adaptability.
- Sales experience or a strong interest in developing sales skills.
- Familiarity with marketing and sales tools is a plus.
