Role Overview
We're recruiting for an on-site Sales Negotiator to join our New Homes team in Surrey.
You'll be working in collaboration with our expert Residential Developments Sales team, on this prestigious new scheme.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily applicant calls and visits to the marketing suite, ensuring accurate details are recorded
- Carry out viewings with prospective purchasers
- Follow sales through to exchange and completion
- Give best advice to clients at all times in a professional and enthusiastic manner
- Maintain records on the database on a daily basis, re-qualifying and archiving as appropriate
- Ensure the client and Sales Manager receive regular feedback
- Ensure thorough preparation of the sales centre and show homes
- Close liaison with the Sales Manager, reporting problems on-site without delay and problem solving where required
- Maintain awareness of competing schemes in the area and trends in the local property market
- Maintain awareness of world affairs that might impact the market and be able to provide considered responses to any queries that arise
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times

Team Overview
The Surrey & West Sussex team has 4 staff members, two directors, one associate and one administrator. We specialise in the sale and marketing of residential developments across the region ranging from 3 units upwards.
