Live-in Locality Manager (Live-in Care)

Cornwall and Devon

FTC Maternity cover starting May 2024 – possibility the role will become permanent

Salary information: Up to £35,700 pro rata

Full UK driving licence is required, with access to your own vehicle

Job Description



What you’ll do

You will be working alongside the Operational & Service Care Manager being responsible for the smooth, efficient and profitable day to day management of the Live-In service across Devon and Cornwall, you will provide management, guidance and support to all Live-In Carers and customers. Your duties will include face to face new business meetings, business development and managing approximately 25 clients and their carers in your area.

Qualifications



What you need

You will have a real passion for the care industry, knowledge of care delivery and working within CQC requirements, experience in a management role, along with strong people management or team leading experience.
