Senior Associate to Partner - 7+ PQE

My client is a UK Top 50 firm with a strong reputation for leading work across a range of sectors, they are well-regarded across the legal guides and are seeking a Senior banking specialist for their growing Kent office.
You can expect a high-calibre of matters in the firm's market-leading Banking team, including matters such as syndicated and bilateral conventional lending, property finance, advising on funding acquisitions of land, investment property and development/construction, acquisition Finance, re-financings, restructurings/work outs, private finance and loan arrangements, and asset finance/asset backed lending. You will also have the platform and investment to help grow their Southeast presence and make full use of the exciting opportunities they are already generating in the region.
Overall, this role is ideal for experienced Banking solicitors who're seeking a new established firm and team in which to generate unique clients and exciting work.
