HR Advisor needed in Southampton.

The rate is £18.06ph PAYE

This is a temporary role

The reference number is: 5245800

The successful candidate will be required on a 12-month contract subject to financial approval. This role benefits from office and home based working.

Successful candidate will require solid experience in the following:

• Employee relations experience
• Previous knowledge of working in public sector
• Working closely with trade unions
• Ideally experience in transformation and organisational change
• Ability to prioritise work in high paced but supportive environment.
