SALES MANAGER

MA BUSINESS

Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for the aviation and automotive industries? This is not just a sales role; it's a chance to shape the future of industry-leading publications and forge connections within dynamic sectors

MA Business, part of the Mark Allen Group, presents a unique opportunity to join our tenacious sales team! This is a hybrid role, 3 days working in the Dartford office. We will provide on-the-job training where required so you feel fully supported. Base salary of £30,000 with a lucrative commission structure. Earn up to £50,000 annually based on performance, with potential for further growth.

Thrive in a New Business Environment:

• Sell across three established industry publications.
  
  
• Build strong relationships with new clients and secure long-term partnerships.
  
  
• Develop tailored sales strategies to exceed ambitious targets.
  
  
• Collaborate closely with editorial, production, and the publisher for a holistic approach.
  
  
• Gain exposure to the inner workings of renowned industry publications.
  
  
• Contribute to the growth and success of multiple platforms.

Beyond Sales:

• Identify and research new business opportunities for magazines and digital services.
  
  
• Develop and execute personal sales strategies.
  
  
• Build and maintain relationships with international customers, including occasional contact outside regular hours.
  
  
• Attend up to 3-4 international trade shows per year to source new customers.
  
  
• Work collaboratively in both small teams and within a larger, successful organisation.
  
  
• We sell internationally so contacting customers outside traditional office hours will be required at times to “seal the deal”.
