Dukosi is a leading-edge technology company developing innovative solutions for use in large complex batteries. The technology has applications in mobility (electric vehicles, buses, marine) and energy storage (renewables) . Dukosi’s unique cell-based battery intelligence solution is cell type agnostic and simplifies the architecture, control and safety of the BMS (Battery Management System), battery modules and packs by communicating over Dukosi’s patented near-field communications.

As the Information Technology Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the information technology department, manag ing computer systems and software, oversee ing equipment purchasing and installation, and maintain ing computer networks and connectivity . This position also requires a deep understanding of ISO 27001 standards, expertise in conducting risk assessments, and a proven track record in risk management.
Key accountabilities include:
- Coordinat ing IT support, training, and orientation for new technology users
- Ensur ing efficient and effective technology and Internet access for a group of users
- Organis ing troubleshooting or repair when necessary for IT equipment
- Ensur ing the reliability, security and scalability of all IT systems, emphasizing disaster recovery measures
- Implement ing an IT budget for the organisation as a whole
- Evaluat ing and manage relationships with external IT vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and to ensure cost-effectiveness and service quality
- Advis ing on the organisation’s IT equipment, networking, and connectivity needs and purchases products, parts, and services as necessary
- Manag ing a team of specialists in support, installation, networks, and purchase
- Lead ing and oversee ing the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the ISO 27001 Information Security Management System.
- Conduct ing regular internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO 27001 standards
- Conduct ing regular risk assessments to identify , evaluate, and prioritize information security risks
- Develop ing , review ing , and updat ing information security policies and procedures in alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
- Develop ing and deliver ing information security training programs for employees to enhance awareness and compliance
- Work ing with various stakeholders and clients to establish a security strategy and posture
