Salary: £25,480 per annum / 35 hours per week

Elleray Hall Community Association is looking to recruit an Activity and Volunteer Coordinator to develop and oversee imaginative, creative and meaningful activities that will enrich and enhance the lives of the Elleray Hall’s service users, whilst also being responsible for recruiting and managing a team of volunteers.

Elleray Hall is based in the centre of Teddington and provides a much needed and valued service for adults, with an emphasis on the older person.

The successful candidate will have:

• previous experience of working with volunteers
• excellent organisational and communication skills
• the capacity to maintain a high level of efficiency whilst remaining calm, confident, and professional.
• a knowledge of social media is desirable but not essential.

In this post you will be supporting the Centre’s membership base and make Elleray Hall a welcoming and exciting place for everyone.

You will also have responsibility for implementing special projects and events.

You will need to be capable of working independently as well as part of a team, working with the Centre Manager and the charity’s trustees to ensure the smooth running of the centre.
