Job description
Portfolio Payroll have the pleasure of working alongside a lovely non-profit organisation in Manchester City Centre who are looking for a Finance Officer to join their team and help with financial and certain payroll duties.
This role is permanent, hybrid after training, and is offering up to £30,000 for the salary.
In this role, you will be overseeing the Finance Admin whilst they input all data to ensure that it is accurate and completed within a timely manner. You will also be resolving any queries regarding their SAGE software, doing VAT returns and various reconciliations and checking the payroll and pensions data prior to submission. In the absence of the Payroll Admin, you will also be processing the payroll and pensions.
This client is looking for someone who has sufficient experience with SAGE as well as someone who has worked within a finance role before. Ideally, you will have an ACA/CIMA qualification, or be working towards it, and be proficient with Excel - including Pivot Tables and Vlookups.
This role offers flexible start and finish times, flexible hybrid working and 34 days holiday.
