Project Control Manager
This role is based in Crawley with hybrid working – with the expectation of being in the office 3 days per week

Our Opportunity
Thales Avionic Systems (AVS) have a really exciting new opportunity for a Project Control Manager to join the team where you will support TTS (Training and Simulation).
You will be responsible for managing and leading a team of Project Controllers to ensure that Project Controls best practices are deployed across all bids and projects within the domain, and in accordance with the defined Thales processes and that, data from those Controls is interpreted and clearly presented as actionable information for Project Leadership and Senior Management decision making. In particular, the role holder will ensure that all Bids will have a robust Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Performance Management Baseline (PMB).
You will also be responsible for promoting a continuous improvement culture to Project Control processes: creating innovative solutions to improve local efficiency, ensuring ‘lessons learned’ are captured and incorporated, contributing to wider capability improvement across the Thales PMO community
About you:
You will have the ability to interpret the requirements of projects for a project control service and to effectively apply the correct processes and tools, ensuring the effective delivery of the service, either directly or through direction to another member of the Project Management Office together with the following:-
