Job description

Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Aberdeen, is currently looking to recruit Joiners for as soon as possible until the 31st of August 2024 on a rate of £18.50/hour PAYE.

Responsibilities:

- Delivery of citywide domestic property repairs, general upgrades to floors, walls, replacement doors internal and external, window upgrades, SHQS upgrade works such as Kitchens and Bathrooms and external repairs to ensure properties are to a compliant lettable standard.

Essential Skills:

- Working in a team with the ability to use own incitive to deliver efficient quality service.

- Good communication and people skills.

- SVQ3/NVQ3

- CSCS

- Asbestos awareness

- Experience with construction sites

- Experience working in Local Authority

- Driving license preferred
