Requirements Engineer (Plant and Equipment) – Reading/Warrington – 12 Month Contract

GBP60–70 Per hour (DOE) – Umbrella

Hybrid (1 day in office per week)

Are you an experienced Requirements Engineer with a track record of delviering projects using DOORS software or equivalent?

OUr client are seeking a Requirements engineer to deliver requirements engineering expertise in support of the client's major programme, applying systems engineering methods, tools and processes to complex requirements tasks. Provide guidance and mentoring to inexperienced requirements engineers about the practical use of systems engineering methods, tools and processes. Deliver requirements documentation in order to scope, inform and verify the engineering delivery of solutions for the individual projects.

Please note, the ability to obtain UK Security clearance is essential for this role, please check the criteria online for this before you apply, and clearly state on your application if you hold existing clearances. Key Accountabilities:

Deliver on the client specific documentation for the entire major client programme.
Understand how to elicit, analyse and translate stakeholder needs in to technical requirements and communicate effectively
Comply with the audits, licensing/authorization conditions and legislation
Validation of the requirements and client specific needs
Be responsible for the creation, management and validation of the Project Requirements
Required Systems Used:

DOORS (or equivalent)
Meridian
SharePoint
Microsoft/Adobe
Required Skills:
City and guilds/NVQ level 3 or equivalent in related technical discipline
Background in requirements or systems engineering with experience in writing or managing requirement documentation.
Knowledge and understanding of nuclear licensed sites
