Alchemy has partnered with an International Removal Company to assist them in their search for a Business Development Manager to join their team working in a hybrid capacity based from their Hertfordshire location.

Responsibilities; - Responsible for generating newleads and removal business while providing excellent service to current and future clients.
- Advancing new removal business, sales prospects, and joint ventures from the outset to the conclusion.
- Compile a prospect list in order to guarantee that your pipeline is sustainable and that your predetermined revenue goals are met and surpassed.
- Attend networking gatherings frequently to guarantee that the brand name receives the most exposure.
- Preserving current connections while forging strong bonds with relevant agents and prominent business people.
- Collaborating closely with the removal sales director to guarantee that all KPIs are fulfilled.
- Provide a weekly report to the Director of Salesthat includes supporting information on concluded meetings, scheduled calls, received contacts, necessary service rates, and newly formed partnerships.
- Report to the field sales team and DoS by attending monthly sales meetings.
- Create sales data supporting monthly victories, outstanding accounts, prospective future removal business, and the goals, activities, and scheduled meetings for the upcoming month.
- Reporting to upper management of any occurrences pertaining to environmental policy or OH&S.
- Make sure that at all times, the company's environmental and OH&S regulations are rigorously followed by all operations that are under your direct supervision.
Requirements; - Minimum 3 years previous experience with removals and sales management.
- Strong interpersonal and presenting abilities.
- Dedicated to proactive problem-solving.
- Ability to manage people well.
- Ability to organise and prioritise tasks.
- Valid DBS Check.
- IT Literate, including Microsoft Applications and CRM Systems.
- OH&S Essentials are required.
