About the role

Connex Education Wales are seeking to appoint a Primary Teaching Assistantto work in one of our wonderful partner schools within the Monmouthshirearea. You will play a crucial role in supporting the teaching and learning process in the classroom. You will work closely with the class teacher to create a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and supported.

Person Specification

• Working alongside the main classroom teacher to provide quality education
• Create a fun, motivating and positive learning environment
• The ability to work with groups of children independently.
• The ability to develop strong relationships.
• Able to communicate effectively and sensitively.
