Your new role
Interim Head of Marketing Communications. 6 months
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be an experienced Marketer who will need to lead to be able to lead a talented Marketing Communications team through an exciting period of growth. You will help to uncover new insight about the business's customers and develop outstanding and effective campaigns. You will need to be able to deliver ambitious trading targets and deliver great outcomes for customers.

Some of the key accountabilities for the role include:

• Implementation of strategy for all products and markets
• Effective communications, you will shape the marketing communications function that pulls together research, external material and market know-how
• You will be an instrumental leader, with the ability to coach and lead members of the team
• You will collaborate across the wider marketing team and wider customer stakeholders
• Deputise for the Chief Marketing Officer at committees when required
• You will be responsible for the marketing processes, systems and controls
• Be able to demonstrate behaviours that represent guardianship and ambassador for the brand

Skills and experience required for the opportunity include:

• Experienced leading marketing teams
• Brand building and direct response marketing skills
• Business focused with the ability to manage resources, budgets and deadlines
• Understanding of working in a heavily regulated environment
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills

What you need to do now
This role is a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role offers Hybrid working with a commitment to coming into the office a minimum of two days per week, with one of these days being a Tuesday.
