Development Officer
Do you have a genuine interest in enabling social mobility through education? Are you a team player who has excellent interpersonal skills and the drive to deliver great results? I have a fantastic opportunity for a Development Officer to join the Development Department and truly help shape the future of a wonderful Independent School in Dorset. It is an exciting time to join as they approach their centenary in 2028.
Your responsibilities will include driving revenue across multiple income streams including online telethons, legacies, events, and corporate philanthropy.
Is this role for you?
Ideally, you will have experience of working within a high-value fundraising or income generating team. Experience of operating within the education or broader charity sector would be advantageous, but candidates with experience of working in an external facing role in a results-driven environment (e.g. sales, marketing, recruitment) would be of interest. You will have a keen interest in current affairs, and a passion for supporting young people.
- Full-time, permanent position
- Salary £30,000 per annum
- Based in Dorset
