Job description
We are a small piling and ground work contractor seeking an experienced part time Administrator to assist with general duties.
Responsibilities include:
Logging incoming enquires
Reviewing project information
Requesting supplier quotations
Completing PQQ’s
Supply Chain Management
Order Processing
Invoicing
Document Management
Assisting Director as required
Requirements:
Experience within the construction/engineering sector as an administrator or similar
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with good attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work on own initiative and independently when required
Proficient in MS suite particularly Excel
