Along with offline work, ensuring catalogues, user guides and printed communications reflect the brand and objectives of the business.
In addition to driving the strategic direction, the role has responsibility for the management and development of the marketing team.

Responsibilities
As a Marketing Manager, your primary responsibilities encompass a range of critical functions aimed at driving the overall success of the business. This includes the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with organisational goals, overseeing the implementation and assessment of marketing plans across various business units. Your role extends to the creation and management of the annual marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
In the realm of digital presence, you take charge of the leadership and management of the L&T digital estate, overseeing multiple websites and digital communications. This involves strategic optimisation for SEO across major markets, as well as the proactive use of reporting mechanisms to capitalise on opportunities. Additionally, you are tasked with upholding brand standards and tone of voice, safeguarding a consistent and cohesive brand image.
Your influence extends to the non-digital realm, encompassing responsibilities for catalogues, user guides, brochures, and the effective utilisation of video within various communication channels, including websites and YouTube. External PR opportunities are actively sought to enhance the overall strategic positioning and reputation of the business.
Collaboration is a key aspect of your role, requiring close coordination with Sales Managers and Product Management to successfully deliver campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives. Your influence is also evident in managing the L&T brand image at exhibitions and conferences.
As a leader, you play a crucial role in team development, leading by example and demonstrating leadership behaviors. Requirements
In return we offer a competitive salary and a performance-related bonus based on personal objectives that pays up to 5% of your salary annually, study support and the chance to progress in a rapidly growing company.
We have recently introduced a new flexible working policy; it currently allows employees (following a probationary period) to work from home one day a week (if their work can be done from home) and also to work longer hours during the week and finish early on a Friday. This is a new initiative that we will review and extend if our employees value it and it works well.
Other benefits include a salary sacrifice pension scheme where the company matches your contribution up to 5% plus Employer NI savings - currently 15.05% of your contribution (this also applies to voluntary contributions), a non-contributory healthcare cash plan including access to an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), life insurance paying 4x your salary, access to a virtual GP, 25 days holiday and a cycle to work scheme.
