People Advisor – Multi-Site. Corby, Northamptonshire. Up to £38800. Office Based
Frazer Jones have partnered with an ambitious and innovative organisation based in Corby, to help them recruit a People Advisor. This global organisation is award winning and experts within their industry sector. As the People Advisor you will work as part of a close nit team, reporting into the People Business Partner. This generalist HR role will provide advisory support across all People processes within the employee life cycle and Employee Relations. You will support circa 400 employees across two sites and will act as a key driver for site/team engagement activities.
This is an incredibly fast paced and integral role where you will be accountable for various tasks that include but will not be limited to:
* Reviewing and providing feedback on people policy and process
* Provide updates on employment legislation
* Provide coaching and training on-site to managers relating to people activity (investigations, disciplinary, grievances)
* Assist with the People Business Partner to deliver people plans
* Support Key recruitment activity
* Create a high performing culture, managing poor performance and having meaningful conversations
* Lead on promoting values, engagement and wellbeing activities.
