Job Title: Change & Communications Consultant

Location: Hybrid working – Based in Manchester or Chester with the flexibility to work remotely

Here’s what you can expect to get up to…

• Work with our clients to ensure successful adoption of Modern Workplace technology, primarily Microsoft 365.
• Analysis, design, and development of communications and training plans.
• Hands-on delivery of content, communications, and training.

What’s needed?

• Experience helping people make the most of their technology.
• The ability to write clear communication, dazzling presentations and exciting Change and Adoption campaigns.
• Fantastic interpersonal and communications skills – a real people person.
• Experience creating content for technology-led change and adoption projects. Microsoft 365 knowledge would be ideal.
