Job description
A leading Manufacturing client based in the NG9 area are seeking an experienced Customer Service/Supply Chain Administrator.
Duties:
- Provide the highest level of service to accommodate customers' needs.
- Proactively support the entire customer order/demand management process and monitor customer
- Work closely with external customers to manage their inventory levels.
- Maintain customer contracts and pricing information.
Key Skills:
Experience in customer service or customer support role.
Ability to solve problems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills requiring tact and discretion.
Ability to take initiative and work independently.
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office software products (Word, Excel).
Salary £ 28k
Mon- Fri 8.00-17.00
