FINANCE ADMIN ASSISTANT - Start Date: April 2024
Band 3, points 6-11, £20,024 - £21,772 (actual salary to reflect hours and weeks worked)
36.25 hours, Term Time Only

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and hard-working Finance Admin Assistant to provide an efficient and high-quality finance and administration support to our school.

Working alongside the finance team, you will provide day to day finance and administrative support to the school, including processing orders and invoices, cash handling, recording online payments via Parent Pay. In addition, you will liaise with suppliers by telephone and in writing, be responsible for inputting and reporting on financial information.

You should:
Have previous experience of working within an admin setting.
Possess excellent interpersonal skills, being able to communicate at all levels.
Have excellent IT skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
Be able to work to a high degree of accuracy.
Be pro-active with the ability to act on your own initiative.
Be able to prioritise workload.
