My Thame based client are looking for a Contracts Administrator. Your duties as Contracts Administrator will include accurately updating key contract administration reports containing details on company performance, work schedules, invoicing. Following up on queries around key contracts. Hold monthly meetings with key contract clients to display the reports, this will be either via Teams or going out to site with our Service Delivery Manager. Liaising with key contract contacts to keep them up to date on matters. Contract invoicing throughout the month upon work completion. Updating portal system with reports. Filing of reports. Looking after specific systems processes required by our key clients. Liaising with management and providing monthly reports. Dealing with disputes/raising credit paperwork on key contract works and general administration support. To be successful in this Contracts Administrator role you will be a confident communicator with good organizational skills. You will have a proactive attitude and ideally have experience in client liaison. Have competent Microsoft office skills - Excel, Word and Outlook. Working Hours are 8am-4:30pm, 30mins lunch, finishing an hour earlier on a Friday. Salary 22-24.5K depending on experience.
