The Group Infrastructure Operations (GIO) function within Digital, Data & Technology Services (DDTS) is recruiting a ServiceNow Test Manager. Our friendly team provides support for critical business services, known as MyIT and MyWorkspace, used by Defra’s employees and strategic IT suppliers.

In Defra you will play a crucial role in overseeing the testing process for our deployments on ServiceNow, ensuring quality, efficiency, and effectiveness. You will develop and operate the test methodology for Defra’s ServiceNow® environment, working in the Service Tooling team.

You will be the liaison between customer and the implementation teams in achieving desired quality criteria and documentation. You will be required to design and build test scripts, develop test guides, and test cases for user stories using the ServiceNow® Agile Development module and Automated Test Framework (ATF). You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our ServiceNow projects and changes by leading the testing efforts across the entire lifecycle.
