Job description
Housekeeping Club is a leading commercial cleaning business based in Kendal. We are currently seeking a cleaner for a pub in Windermere. The hours will be 8am10am 4 days a week including Saturday. We are flexible on the days depending on your availability.
This is a permanent 8h per week contract. We also have holiday let cleaning opportunities in the area if you wanted to top up your hours on Mondays and Fridays potentially giving you a total of 1220 hours per week.
Tasks
Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping mopping dusting and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Clean windows mirrors and other glass surfaces
- Clean and disinfect hightouch areas such as doorknobs light switches and handrails
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to supervisor or client
Requirements
Requirements:
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial work preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand walk bend and lift
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed within designated timeframes
- Reliable transportation to and from work
