About the Role

In this exciting role you will be responsible for generating new sales leads and developing strong client relationships. Youll play a pivotal role in achieving our sales targets and contributing to the continued growth of the company.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified sales leads through various channels
• Tailor surveying packages to meet client needs and budgets
• Negotiate and close sales deals
• Liaise with selling agents to book appointments
• Liaise with clients throughout the surveying process
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven sales experience within a property or related field (a plus)
• Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of the surveying process (desirable but not essential)
• A meticulous eye for detail and a passion for exceptional customer service
• Selfmotivated and resultsoriented with a targetdriven approach
• Ability to work under pressure
