Job description

PwC is looking for an experienced candidate to join the Marketing team at SM2 level in a Head of Buyer Engagement Programmes role.

This role would suit a senior strategic marketer or SME in Customer Loyalty who would be responsible for leading the buyer engagement programme strategy and plans that focus on building relationships with our key strategic buyers and clients, primarily across our PCP, ultimately to increase consideration and first choice for our services and offerings.


This role will lead the Buyer Engagement marketing team alongside digital marketing, content & thought leadership, brand and campaign management, setting best practice and on the development and implementation of the buyer engagement strategy and plan to support the business in achieving its ambitions.


This role works closely with the Client Strategy Director, to agree buyer engagement focus aligned to the strategic Go to Market priorities. To ensure the programmes are embedded across our whole business, this role will also work very closely with the Sales and Marketing Leadership Team, fellow Heads of Marketing and the Sales Capability.


This role will also require you to develop senior relationships. You will be required to engage with stakeholders and clients frequently in the delivery and output of the role. You will be required to collaborate with peers to drive successful outcomes. You will need to understand the Firm's go-to-market Strategy and business priorities to continually evolve and develop a fully integrated Buyer Engagement plan that drives clear commercial value across our client base and meets the KPIs of the business, is critical to the success of this role.


This role reports to the Marketing Excellence Director on a day to day basis, but the individual will also be a senior member of the wider marketing SM2 community, to develop and execute best practice buyer engagement across the firm.


Primary responsibilities include;

Marketing is part of the Sales and Marketing Team. Sales and Marketing is a centralised support function and covers all aspects of marketing, sales support and business development.
