Job description
The adult mental health commissioning team at Surrey Heartlands ICB are seeking a highly motivated, flexible and enthusiastic individual to join the team. The successful candidate will join a friendly and supportive environment within a well-established team. The post is for 37.5 hours per week to cover maternity leave.
The role is Agile working with occasional travel to other sites across Surrey.
A thorough understanding of administration tasks is required and ideally, (but not essential) experience of healthcare environments.
- Provide high quality administrative, diary management, secretarial, project and service support to the adult mental health commissioning team including for example, the preparation of agendas and taking of minutes, taking appropriate follow-up action as required.
- Supporting the team with the administration, management and reporting of projects, gathering information and undertaking enquires as and when necessary.
- The post holder will undertake reporting and analysis of information to support delivery of the teamâs work programmes.
- The post holder is a key member of the team whose overarching goal is to enable, promote and support the effective use of data, information, knowledge and technology to improve, inform and support a portfolio of commissioning projects, services, and initiatives.
