You must be dedicated, committed to personal development and be able to teach to both Key Stage 3 and 4 at a high standard. The option to teach Key stage 5 will be available. The ability to deliver Social Sciences would be an advantage.

 

You will need to have high expectations of your students and yourself with a determined approach to ensuring every child can succeed irrespective of circumstance.
