Family Solicitor
Our client is a well-established full service Legal 500 law firm. It services both business and private client areas of law with 5 branches through the Southeast region.
It is currently recruiting a recently qualified Family Solicitor 0-4 years PQE to join the Family department of its Witney office. This is a successful and growing firm of Solicitors, and the Department prides itself on the professional, sympathetic and efficient service it provides.
The work will include a mixed caseload of divorce and separation, cohabitation agreements, financial settlements, mediation, civil partnerships, pre/post nuptial agreements and Children Law matters. You will deal with purely privately funded work (including high net worth financial cases) and you should ideally be a member of Resolution.
You will be encouraged to participate in actively growing the Department as well as develop your own skills and career path. The successful candidate will join a well-respected firm at a significant time in its development.
