With our competitive pay up to £17 per hour, including double pay on Bank Holidays you might think that's enough to catch your eye , but that’s not all – we offer travel costs between client visits at £13.50 and paid mileage at 30p per mile. PLUS our commitment to minimum one-hour visits ensures quality care without rushing.

So, what's the job really about?
Well, imagine popping by to help Mrs. Smith start her day. One moment you're assisting her out of bed and helping her choose an outfit, and the next, you're sharing a cuppa and a natter as she enjoys her breakfast. Later, you might be off to Mr. Jones' to make sure he's got his medication sorted and a hot meal on the table. Maybe a quick tidy-up, or a trip to the shops is on the cards as well.
But here's the special bit. You're not just a helper; you're a lifeline, a listener, and often, a good laugh! Our visits are never less than an hour, so you truly have the time to care. You ensure all of your clients are comfortable and safe to enable them to stay independent in their own homes.
