Job description

Our client requires an experienced Pharmacist to co-ordinate the provision of chemotherapy and other specialist for haemato - oncology patients including day case patients and private patients to start as soon as possible. 

Must have clinical hospital experience and ideally a Post Graduate Diploma in Pharmacy. 

Key Skills Required: 

• NHS Hospital experience essential
• Fully Compliant
• GPhC registered
