As a business development manager, you will be responsible for working with multi-academy trusts and schools selling HRTech & Professional services. You will need to be an enthusiastic self-starter, with strong communication and relationship building skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders.The successful candidate will have a proven track record in business development, ideally within HR, HRIS, HRTech, EdTech, Education sector. You will need to have excellent interpersonal skills and be comfortable working with a range of people.In this role, you will be responsible for developing relationships and identifying new opportunities with for the company, including the identification of potential new customers, with the full support of a BDC function along with delivering presentation, product demos and tenders. You will need to be a creative thinker, able to generate ideas to help grow the business.In addition to your day-to-day activities, you will also be required to attend conferences and other events to promote our services.We are looking for an individual with the following skills and experience:

• Proven track record in business development, ideally within the education sector
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders
• A self starter with a proactive and results-driven attitude
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong relationship building skills
• Ability to attend conferences and other events
