Housing Officer - Part Time
Plymouth
£13,326 - £14,028 per year
15.5 hours per week
We are looking to recruit a Housing Officer to join our Housing Operations team in the South West. As a Housing Officer you will be responsible for providing a high quality housing management service that meets the identified needs of customers and the wider community. Working in a professional manner to resolve problems and improve services, the local Housing team covers the areas of Devon and Cornwall, consisting of 8 Housing Officer patches managing an approximate total of 2,500 homes.

The full time equivalent salary for this role is £32,242 based on 37.5 hours per week rising to £33,939 after 12 months service and subject to satisfactory performance
