Health Care Assistant
Church Lane Surgery is looking to recruit a self-motivated and highly organised Health Care Assistant.

The Health Care Assistant is responsible for supporting the practice nursing team in the delivery of nursing services working as part of a practice multi-disciplinary team, delivering care within their scope of practice to the entitled patient population.
The Health Care Assistant will deliver and assist clinical staff in the provision of treatment, preventative care, health promotion and patient education.
This is for a part time, permanent position.
