This role is a fantastic opportunity 2 Member Services Officers to delve into the dynamic field of pension management. The Wiltshire Pension Fund ensures all pension benefits are paid correctly, on a timely basis and in line with the scheme regulations. It manages the relationships with the Fund’s 170+ scheme employers, overseeing the admission and cessation of these organisations. As a Member Services Officer, you will manage and resolve member queries, support members on different matters, including explaining complex regulations to members. You will also process member benefits in line with LGPS regulations and compliance with the Pension Regulator's code. As part of your role, you will also be able to develop your leadership skills through mentoring new and inexperienced members of staff joining the team. To excel in this role, you need to be a member of the Chartered Institute of Payroll & Pensions and have the ability to propose creative solutions to complex problems as well as poses excellent interpersonal skills to show good customer service.
