Job Description As a Sustainability Co-ordinator you will have excellent presentation, organisational and communication skills, you will be able to demonstrate a real passion for food & service and possess bags of enthusiasm. Develop and deliver sustainability education sessions within schools with pupils aged 4-18 years, including virtual and pre-recorded education sessions. Design and deliver new approaches that enhance the education and curriculum support we offer to each school/contract. Conduct our environmental assessment of school's kitchen and dining area, providing guidance to our teams on improvement areas. Support the delivery of our sustainability training programme and identify opportunities for expansion. Support the Sustainability Manager with the sustainability programme, working on food waste, plastic, packaging, resource management, palm oil and sustainable diets. Support the Sustainability Manager with delivery of reporting and analysis. Work to ensure schools are implementing the sustainability programme and policies by adopting sustainable practices. Implement innovative solutions to improve the sustainability of operations. Support the Sustainability Manager, Food Development team and other areas of the business regarding client queries regarding day-to-day operations. Support the Marketing team through delivering the sustainability social media content. Support client/pupil workshops and roadshows. Communicate internally and externally for the business.
