Support Coordinator
We’re looking for an innovative, passionate, and professional individual with excellent communication and organisational skills to join our Stroke Recovery Service based in Warrington on a fixed-term basis.

Position: S11140 Stroke Association Support Coordinator
Location: Home-based, Warrington however, frequent travel across the area will be required as part of this role
Hours: Part-time, 21 hours per week (flexible working, job share and reduced hours available)
Salary: Circa £15,353 per annum (FTE circa £25,588.50 per annum)
Contract: This is a fixed-term contract until 31 January 2025. Our services are contracted, we currently have funding for this contract until 31 January 2025.

The service aims to identify and address the needs of stroke survivors and carers across the stroke pathway, by providing a range of innovative support solutions, supporting them to meet their desired outcomes.

This role requires the post holder to travel throughout Warrington to visit people at home and in community settings. Candidates must be able to demonstrate how they can meet this requirement of the role.
To fulfil the role, you must be resident in the UK and have the right to work in the UK.
