Job description
■ Managing the front of the house staff and ensuring that they are providing excellent customer service to our patrons.
■ Overseeing the daily operations of the shop, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
■ Ensuring that all food products are prepared and presented to our high standards.
■ Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure the timely and consistent delivery of high-quality products.
■ Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability.
■ Ensuring that all health and safety regulations are met and that the shop is clean and well-maintained.
