Salary: £42k per year + Benefits Package per annum

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Electrical Engineering and Welding, showcasing proactive qualities, hands-on expertise, and strong team player attributes. Skills required for the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer:
Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer needs to ensure safe and efficient maintenance of all machines in compliance with relevant legislation and Company obligations.
Actively participate in operational projects across the site
Conduct maintenance checks, day-to-day repairs, adjustments, and improvements on equipment
Take responsibility for breakdown resolution and planned preventative maintenance activities.
Uphold the Lean ethos to ensure the highest standards in machine condition.
Collaborate with the production team to meet business requirements promptly and accurately.
Reporting directly to the Engineering Maintenance Manager.
Implement operational improvements within the operation.
