This well-established firm in Somerset has an exciting opportunity for a Childcare Solicitor to join their specialist Childcare team.
The team comprises of Partner, two solicitors, an associate as well as support from paralegals and secretaries. The childcare team work independently to the Divorce and Ancillary relief.
The case load would involve a mixture of public and private work and would require you to carry out your own advocacy.
The ideal candidate would be 4+ PQE, a member of the Children Panel and someone with strong advocacy experience. A full UK driving licence is also mandatory due to the travel involved for court attendances and client meetings.
