Sacco Mann are recruiting for a paralegal to join a leading social housing team in central Newcastle in a 12-month fixed term contract. The successful candidate will ideally have social housing experience, though candidates from the wider residential property sector will be considered.
The firm is a Top 100 law firm, with several offices throughout the UK. They are a leader in social housing law, they ensure that everyone has access to safe, secure, and affordable homes. The firm is looking for a talented and dedicated Paralegal to join their hard-working team.
As a Social Housing Paralegal, you will assist the team of Solicitors with transactions from instruction through to completion. You will liaise with clients, housing associations, and local authorities to ensure smooth and efficient transaction processes, open and maintain accurate case files, update relevant databases, and provide administrative support to the legal team.
To be considered for this role, you will have housing experience within a law firm (social housing is preferred but not essential), a strong work ethic, and excellent verbal and written communication.
This role is a 12-month contract, however, there is a possibility of a permanent role being available at the end of this period.
