Job description
My client is one of the leading Private Client teams in the Basingstoke area. I placed a lovely Private Client solicitor in the firm 10 years ago to head up the Private Client team. She has grown the team nicely and she is now an Equity Partner.
The team deals with the full range of Private Client matters, Wills, Trusts, and Probate.
They also act as arbitrators in Contentious Probate matters, where the two parties will appoint their own independent solicitor, and this team works in the middle as Arbitrators. Often between major law firms on large disputes.
They are keen to recruit private client solicitors at all levels. I have been presumptuous to think that they wouldn't say no to remote | hybrid | part-time solicitors too, because there aren't many available and competition is fierce.
It was ten years ago when the partner told me that she "doesn't just send clients a form to complete, but likes to get them in for a meeting where she sells them lots of other services..." That just stuck with me.
