Your new company
You will be responsible for the cash collection of the organisation. You will work within a close-knit team with a family-orientated feel.
Your new role - Chasing clients for overdue invoices, via regular phone calls, emails and letter templates using Salesforce.
- Updating Salesforce notes/tasks to reflect the method of chasing and any additional items to be considered.
- Send regular statements to clients using systems Xero and simPRO.
- Send copy invoices to clients when requested.
- Liaising with the billing team for any queries regarding invoicing, purchase orders, etc.
- Posting/allocating cash daily on Xero.
What you\'ll need to succeed - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- IT literate, including Microsoft Software.
- Good administration skills.
What you\'ll get in return - £26,000 - £28,000 per annum + bonus
