Estate Agent Property Valuer (SELF EMPLOYED)

Maidstone

£70000 OTE Guarenteed start up financial support available.

Our client is an well established Estate Agency. They are currently looking for a Property Valuer to join their team on a self employed basis.

Responsibilities in this role are:

• Carrying out market appraisals/valuations with the aim of bringing as many properties to the market as possible.
• Managing your clients (as well as your colleague’s clients) keeping them updated at all times and providing and exceptional level of service.
• Negotiating offers to the point of sale and exchange.
• Registering applicants and identifying opportunities for valuations financial & Legal services leads and viewings.
• Constantly looking to improve our market share and identifying all opportunities to grow the business.

You have:

• Residential Estate Agency experience required minimum 5 Years
• Experience valuing and bringing on properties to market for an estate agent

• A full UK driving licence and your own car
• A strong work ethic
• A successful track record in your academic professional or personal life
• A desire to grow as an individual
• Is hungry for success
• Is eager to learn new things
• Thrives in a busy environment
