Tendering Assistant

Job Summary:

Ormazabal UK Ltd is a dynamic and innovative engineering solutions provider, known for our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a highly motivated Tendering Assistant to join our team. Reporting to Commercial Management, the Tendering Assistant is involved in and responsible for the preparation of formal sales tenders and quotations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tender Preparation: Prepare and manage tenders and proposals for engineering projects, including the development of technical and commercial documents. Led by departmental and commercial management requirements.
• Sales support: Managing offers via salesforce.
• Documentation: Maintain and organise all tender-related documentation and records.
• Awareness of the company's manufacturing/purchasing strategy & manufacturing capability.
• Any other reasonable duties, as required.

Qualifications and skills:

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using MS office and salesforce.
• Experience in tendering, administration, or sales support in the engineering industry (Desirable)
• Experience with HV and LV electrical distribution systems (Advantageous)
