£28,000 Per Annum + Car Allowance (£50k OTE)

Search is one of the UK's largest specialist recruitment agencies, Our healthcare team is an award-winning UK healthcare provider to nationwide care providers. 2023 was a successful year for us, and we are now looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Sheffield office to support the growth of our business.
You will be a part of a team of experienced healthcare recruiters with over 30 years combined experience in the sector. Joining the team will mean that you are responsible for managing existing business which developing new relationships across Yorkshire.

Our Talent Development Partners will coach and develop your career with bespoke training programmes, 1:1 coaching and a clear route for progression which includes a clear discussion on how you can become a Managing Consultant within your first twelve months.
We will offer you a competitive remuneration package which includes a car allowance, 0% threshold for your first six months and uncapped commission structures from day one where you can increase your earning potential immediately. The current team are high performance winners, many of the team attend our quarterly and annual high flyer incentives which include an all-inclusive trip a European City.

Who are we looking for?- Previous experience working in a similar recruitment role.
- Strong business development skills to continue growing your business.
- It would be an advantage if you have experience with temporary recruitment.
- Be confident with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Highly articulate, writes and speak with ease.
- Competitive, driven, and ambitious - always looking to win and progress further!
