Bloom Search has partnered with a leading luxury brand that requires a commercially-thinking Merchandise Administration Assistant with a good understanding of brands and fashion trends.
As a Merchanidse Administration Assistant you will be responsible for allocating stock to the stores, analysing sales, running weekly reports and working closely with the buying and merchandising teams.
This is a great entry-level position to start your career within Merchandising, for a candidate with 6 months Head office experience.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Head office buying and merchandising teams.
- Using your strong MS skills to analyse buying patterns and review stock levels.
- Allocating and managing stock levels throughout the week and communicating good and poor product sales to the teams.
- Liaising with stores, internal buying and merchandising teams, aswell as Warehousing and Logistics
- Producing competitor reports, having a natural commercial interest within Luxury brands and products.
- Actioning any price or product code changes on AX and issuing new labels to all stores
- Visiting stores and building further relationships between retail stores and head office
Requirements:
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Good MS skills, including advanced Excel
- Good communicator
- Love of retail and brands
- Strong team player
- Can-do attitude
- Educated to degree level
- Retail store experience
